Good execution of gameplay! But man the story had me laughing, and not in a good way. First of all, a guy getting sent by the military that HE LEFT because he thinks they committed warcrimes is flat out hilarious. First of all, why would he say yes if he hates the military? Second, the idea that the entire group of soldiers that was at the temple ALL committed warcrimes in Iraq might be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Your negative view of soldiers is gross.
I really like it but you might want to make the ai detect you a bit closer because i got attacked from really far away and i think if you add some more trees and foliage to the first start it would be awesome as well as some animations for them swaying. Overall 10/10 i love the game would recommend to others.
This was a fun one. You have a good story. I like the aspect of war changing people. I think if you added some voice lines throughout the levels it could add a lot of immersion.

This FPS game is amazing dude! I like the design of the monsters you did. They remind me a lot of Resident Evil B.O.W's and the gameplay was fun. If there are plans for a sequel, I would play it to see what happens after the events of the first game. The only complaint i have is weapons. When I had the AR, I couldn't get the shotgun and vise versa with the shotgun equipped. Overall I give, Soldier of Ruins: Temple of Apocalypse, a 9/10; 10 being the highest. Here is my gameplay and reaction, and I cannot lie. I jumped when I encounter the big fish looking creature midway into the catacombs. Awesome game dev dude(s)

m8 you should take some time to work on a better ai for enemies, and overall make fun games like the baby soldier ones and the mecha one.
the formula is always the same and got a big boring. you've got potential m8, you can make way much better 😁
it's a shame you used AI because the game itself is fantastic! you could even find copy-right free images on the internet instead of AI.

Absolutely loved it. Felt like a powerhouse with the shotgun and I liked how some of the enemies exploded when killed.
